Consultations

Suppose you have a space that you got tired of or can't decide what to do with; consulting offers you a way to work with what you have and refresh your area. We offer in-depth virtual or in-person consultation to review your needs and goals, explore the main deliverables, and develop a proposal with an action plan for your project.

Our talks can involve modifying your space with current or adding new pieces while guiding you with what you need to complete a room and make it yours.

The consultation is a flat fee of $175. Post-consultation requested will be hourly billed.

E-DecoDesigns

This offering is ideal for the person who is refreshing their space or starting with a new style and needs assistance with designing and sourcing the items within your budget. With a realistic budget, we do space planning and source the items based on the agreed direction. The final product includes a scale-detailed floorplan, mood board, and a plan that explains the design with inspirational pictures. We also provide you with a shopping list and links that include furniture, accessories, hard and soft finishes, and lighting.

This package allows for one revision. Additional E-Design revisions and in-person styling (depending on geographical area) will require $120 per hour.

Space Design and Styling Project

This option applies to a new home and remodels that do not require breaking structural walls or permits from the county. The service includes one-hour consultation and a walk-thru of space as the first phase. A customized proposal is provided based on the number of rooms and complexity of the project.

The final product includes a scale-detailed floorplan, mood board, and decor plan explaining the design with inspirational pictures.  In addition, we will provide you with a shopping list with the main recommendations such as furniture, accessories, hard and soft finishes, and lighting. The service is done in a few phases and will require multiple visits and several styling appointments to ensure the final vision is complete.
